PRE-ORDER FAQ’s

How long are pre-orders open for?
Pre-orders are open for 4 weeks, closing on the 27th of September.

When will my order be shipped?
As soon as all of your pre-order items have arrived in Brisbane, they will be lovingly packed and sent to your address. Please allow 2-3 weeks after pre-orders close for your merchandise to be shipped.

How are shipping fees calculated?
Fees have been calculated using the products dimensions, weight and care requirements for Auspost to ensure it can be delivered to you safely.

Are you shipping internationally?
At this time, orders are for Australia only. If you live outside of Australia and would like to purchase merchandise, please contact Frenchie Darling on Instagram via direct message.

I’ve ordered a PEEP SHOW print, how will it be shipped?
If purchased independently, it will be shipped inside of a poster tube to ensure it does not incur damage during transit.
